Grantee Capacity Building

PHaRE Model© Training & Implementation
The Public Health and Racial Equity (PHaRE) Model© for Systems Change helps funders and grantees understand how systems and policies actually change and how to design grantmaking and evaluation strategies that accelerate this change. The training offers a practical, intuitive framework rooted in research and lived community experience.
